1. Executive Board

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Eric Ho

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    • Manages budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.

    • Chief Accountant

      • Handles accounting, payroll, tax reporting, and internal audits.

  • Franchise & Partnership Director

    • Develops and manages the franchise system and partner networks in all markets.

    • Acts as the bridge between TapLook HQ and local franchisees.

  • Chief Legal Officer

    • Ensures all operations comply with local and international laws.

    • Reviews contracts, trademark protection, and corporate policies.

  • Customer Relationship Director

    • Builds customer care strategies, manages feedback systems, and improves service experience.

  • Service Operations Director

    • Supervises the technical quality of all services, including:

      • Nail Services

      • Haircuts

      • Headspa Treatments

    • Responsible for technician training and standard operating procedures globally.


2. Regional Market Directors

In charge of executing TapLook’s strategy in each region, reporting directly to the CEO.

  • Canada Market Director

  • United States Market Director

  • Australia Market Director

  • Singapore Market Director

  • Global Expansion Director

    • Leads entry into new markets such as France, Sweden, Belgium, Japan, and more.

    • Supports other Market Directors during new branch launches or franchise negotiations.


3. Operational & Support Departments

  • Human Resources Manager

    • Handles recruitment, training, talent retention, and company culture building.

  • Marketing & Branding Lead

    • Develops online and offline marketing strategies for each country.

    • Collaborates with ZoCheckin (if needed) for global communications.

  • IT / Software Manager

    • Operates the booking platform, manages CRM systems, and provides tech support for all teams.
