TapLook was founded in 2024 by Eric Ho, a Vietnamese entrepreneur with a vision rooted in both excellence and empathy.

Coming from Vietnam—a country globally recognized for producing some of the most talented nail technicians—Eric saw more than just skill in the hands of his people. He saw compassion, patience, and a quiet dedication to caring for others. These values, deeply embedded in Vietnamese culture, inspired him to create a service that would not only showcase technical mastery but also bring joy, dignity, and care to one of the most underserved populations in the beauty industry: seniors.

TapLook was born from this vision.

What began as a small idea quickly evolved into a bold mission: to provide professional mobile beauty services—including manicure, pedicure, nail care, and haircuts—directly to seniors in the comfort of their homes. No need to travel, wait, or struggle with access. TapLook brings salon-quality care to those who need it most, where they feel safest.

With Eric’s leadership and deep cultural connection to the nail industry, TapLook combines Vietnamese craftsmanship with a heart for global service. The company now serves elderly clients across cities in Canada and the United States, and is rapidly expanding to Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
