Booking Policies
- Convenient Home Service:
- TapLook offers professional nail and haircut services delivered right to your doorstep.
- Enjoy the comfort of our mobile services without any hassle.
- No Deposit Required:
- TapLook does not require any deposit for bookings. You only pay after the service is completed.
- Free Travel:
- We provide free travel for appointments within Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Advance Booking:
- To ensure availability, please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent same-day bookings, contact us directly.
- Booking Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS after your booking is successfully scheduled.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation Timeframe:
- At least 12 hours notice: No penalty for cancellations made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Less than 12 hours notice: We kindly ask for timely notice to accommodate other clients. Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to future booking restrictions.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you are not present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.
- Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling is free of charge if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
- Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the event of extreme weather or unavoidable delays, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
Late Policy
- Client Delays: If you are delayed by more than 10 minutes, please notify us. Extended delays may require rescheduling.
- Technician Delays: If our technician is delayed, we will notify you immediately and accommodate your schedule as best as possible.
