Step 1: Go to TapLook’s Booking Page

Visit TapLookSpa.com and click on the “Make an Appointment” section at the top of the page. You’ll be directed to a pink booking form simple, clear, and designed to help you choose your ideal in-home service.

Before you begin, make sure you have your preferred date, time, and location ready. This helps our system find available mobile nail specialists near you.

Step 2: Choose “General In-Home Services” from the dropdown menu

You’ll see a dropdown field labeled “Select make an appointment.” Click on it and choose “General In-Home Services.”

This option ensures that you can access all our mobile beauty services, including nail, haircut, and massage at home.

Once you select this category, the form will automatically display additional options below, including checkboxes for Mobile Nail or Mobile Haircut.

Step 3: Select “Mobile Nail” as your service type

Tick the box labeled “Mobile Nail.”

This tells our system that you’re booking a nail service at home. The form will then expand to show all nail service details, including the specific options for acrylic and gel nails.

This step is where you can customize exactly what you’d like done during your appointment.

Step 4: Select your nail service details

Under “Select Nail Service Details,” you’ll see several checkboxes.

To book the new nail services we offer, simply select one or more of the following:

• Full Set Acrylic

• Full Set Gel

• Acrylic Fill

• Gel Fill

You can also combine these with manicure or pedicure options, depending on your needs. For example, if you want a full set of gel nails along with a pedicure, you can select both boxes before continuing.

Step 5: Fill out your contact details and booking information

• Email: So we can send you your confirmation details.

• Name and Phone: So your assigned technician can contact you before arriving.

• Booking Date and Time: Choose what works best for your schedule.

• Your Address and Postal Code: This helps us locate your area and assign the nearest mobile technician.

We recommend double-checking all details before submitting to make sure everything is correct. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking.

Step 6: Add any optional notes

If you have special requests — such as your preferred polish color, French design options, or accessibility needs, you can include them in the note section or select them from the dropdown.

Once all your information is complete, click “Submit.”

You’ll receive an email confirming your booking request. A TapLook representative may reach out if we need additional details. On the day of your appointment, your nail technician will arrive with all the tools and equipment needed  from professional lamps to quality products ensuring a safe, relaxing, and satisfying service at home.
