How long are the appointments?
Each appointment lasts approximately one hour.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes, we provide electronic receipts to your email.

What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque.
How often should I rebook?
On average, every 6–8 weeks.
If you or your loved one are high risk (e.g., foot ulcers or neuropathy), we recommend every 4 weeks until the risk is mitigated.
What tools do you use and how do you clean them?
We use surgical-grade tools. All instruments are sanitized and sterilized between uses following provincial infection-control guidelines.
Are foot care treatments safe in pregnancy?
Absolutely. We do not use chemicals in our foot treatments.
Any treatment for infection or nail fungus is assessed case-by-case during consultation.
Will you soak feet prior to treatment?
No. Due to infection-control protocols, soaking is contraindicated. It can cause nails to split, crack, or bleed and may introduce infection, especially for immunocompromised clients.
